1. How can I place an order on Cutyful?
You can easily place an order by browsing your favorite styles, selecting your size, and clicking "Add to Cart." Proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
We usually ship orders within 24–48 hours. Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email. You can also track it in the "My Orders" section under your Cutyful account.

Products & Sizing

4. How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed Size Chart. If you're still unsure, feel free to contact our support for personalized size recommendations.

5. Are the colors shown on the website accurate?
We do our best to display colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen resolutions.

Returns & Exchanges

6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns only in the case of wrong or damaged products, or wrong sizes received.

  • Return request must be raised within 10 days of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns on customized products.
  • Once your return is approved and received, we will send the correct product at no extra charge.

7. How do I request a return or exchange?
Please email us at support@cutyful.in with your order number and issue details. Our team will guide you through the return process.

8. Do you offer refunds?
We currently do not offer refunds. Only product exchanges are allowed as per our policy.
