Cash on Delivery (COD):

• COD is available for most PIN codes in India.
• A ₹50 COD fee applies to all Cash on Delivery orders.

No, shipping charges remain the same regardless of the number of items or total weight.

🔄 What are the charges for size exchange?

We offer free size exchanges for all products within 5 days of delivery.
Please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

🚛 Which delivery partners do you use?

• We work with Blue Dart and Shiprocket.
• Blue Dart covers most PIN codes. Shiprocket handles areas not serviced by Blue Dart.

📬 What happens if I miss the delivery?

• Our courier will attempt delivery twice within 24–48 hours.
• If delivery fails, the package will be returned to us.

🌍 Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Cutyful ships only within India.
We do not offer international deliveries at this time.
