Return and refund policy

At Cutyful, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read the policy below to understand how we handle returns and exchanges.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:

You received the wrong size or wrong product(s).

You received a damaged or defective item(s).

If the issue is found to be due to no fault of the customer, Cutyful will bear the cost of reverse shipping after verification by our team.

Exchange Process
Once the incorrect/damaged product has been received and inspected by one of our agents:

We will ship the correct product(s) to you at no additional cost.

Exchanges are only allowed within 10 days from the date of purchase.

Note: This agreement becomes void if the returned product is damaged due to improper handling or shipping by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items
Customized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only replacements or exchanges are possible as per the terms above.
